In order to a court decision on Tuesday and after talking to lawyers and also reading about it, I came to the conclusion to take the Facebook page offline and lock up Twitter and Instagram.
Below you can see what I posted on Facebook before and below the screenshot you have the links to the sources again but also a video of a lawyer who has something to say about.
Meanwhile I work on a solution around it. Not only for me and my models, but also for anyone else who’s working with latex and needs advertising without the risk of getting into trouble after this court decision.

Update:
Due to the regulations of the GDPR and the European court ruling I put all Facebook pages online again BUT with the restriction to be only visible outside of the European Union States.
You’re welcome again (from outside of the EU).
PS: Another thing is coming up to regulate the Copyright inside the European Union which will have further effects. I’ll let you know.
